About the Role
This opportunity is designed for Certified Home Health Registered Nurses seeking true flexibility. If you have one year of certified home health experience and are skilled in OASIS, you are in the right place. As a ConnectRN nurse, you provide independent, exceptional care to patients in their homes, performing comprehensive assessments and creating individualized care plans. You will document care timely and thoroughly using the HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
We offer a per-diem model with no shift mandates or minimums, allowing you to choose when you work. Contracts are available when you want them, and our app makes shifts and scheduling seamless. Beyond the work, you are part of a community that supports you through one-to-one support, clinical mentorship, and events designed to connect you with other nurses.
Hiring Process
To join our team, you must hold a current and unencumbered RN license, possess a current CPR certification, and have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance. Candidates with additional certifications in home health or geriatric care are preferred.
