About the Role
This opportunity is designed for Registered Nurses seeking true flexibility and a perfect side hustle. If you have one year of certified home health experience and are skilled in OASIS, you are in the right place. As a connectRN nurse, you will provide independent, exceptional care to patients in their homes, performing comprehensive assessments and creating individualized care plans. You will document care timely and thoroughly using the HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
We offer a per-diem model with no shift mandates or minimums, allowing you to take control of your schedule. Contracts are available when you want them, and you can enjoy the freedom of a side hustle without sacrificing professional growth. Our team is dedicated to providing one-to-one support and clinical mentorship, ensuring your questions are answered and you feel supported day in and day out.
Hiring Process
To join our network, you must hold a current and unencumbered RN license, possess a current CPR certification, and have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance. Candidates with additional certifications in home health or geriatric care are preferred. Once qualified, you can access shifts and scheduling seamlessly through our app.
