This opportunity is designed for Registered Nurses seeking true flexibility and a perfect side hustle. If you have one year of certified home health experience and are skilled in OASIS, this role offers the autonomy to work on your own terms without shift mandates or minimums. You will provide independent, exceptional care to patients in their homes, performing comprehensive assessments and creating individualized care plans. The role requires documenting care timely and thoroughly using the HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
