TravelNurseSource is partnering with Fusion Medical Staffing to find a skilled Registered Nurse for a 14-week travel assignment in Denver, Colorado. As a Travel Home Health RN, you will deliver direct nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, stability, and effective management of medical conditions. Key Responsibilities

- check_circleCoordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals for seamless care
- check_circleDocument patient care, interventions, and progress accurately in compliance with regulations
- check_circleEnsure compliance with infection control, safety, and home care best practices
- check_circleSupport families and caregivers by offering guidance and emotional support
Requirements
- verifiedOne year of recent experience as a Registered Nurse
- verifiedMinimum six months in a Home Health setting as an RN
- verifiedProficient in OASIS documentation
- verifiedValid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- verifiedBLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- verifiedHome Health Nursing Certification (RN-BC) preferred
