About the Role
TravelNurseSource is partnering with Fusion Medical Staffing to find a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Home Health RN, you will deliver direct nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, stability, and effective management of medical conditions. This role is designed for those who want to make a positive impact on patients' lives while enjoying the flexibility of travel nursing.
In this position, you will assess patient conditions, develop individualized care plans, administer treatments, and educate patients and caregivers on disease management. You will work as part of a dedicated clinical team that supports you throughout your journey, from your personal recruiter to our traveler experience teams. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedOne year of recent experience as a Registered Nurse
- verifiedMinimum six months in a Home Health setting as an RN
- verifiedProficient in OASIS documentation
- verifiedValid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- verifiedBLS certification (AHA/ARC)
