Our Behavioral Health team provides compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Nurses work closely with interdisciplinary teams to care for patients with psychiatric and substance use disorders. About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) joining our team, you're embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier. In this role, you will perform patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. You will be responsible for the completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient, ensuring timely and accurate documentation relating to medical necessity. Your work will directly impact the lives of those we serve, requiring strong communication, critical thinking, and de-escalation skills to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
