We consider it both a privilege and an honor to welcome a new patient into the Aveanna family. Our homecare is always delivered from a place of heartfelt compassion and empathy. As a Registered Nurse, you will work alongside a dedicated team to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes for children and adults. Aveanna is not just a provider of compassionate homecare; we are a national leader in the field.
We offer a supportive environment designed to help you thrive. Our benefits include health, dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance, along with paid time off. We provide flexible scheduling options—full-time, part-time, or PRN—covering days, nights, and weekends to accommodate your availability. You will have access to 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians, and we utilize tablets in each patient's home for electronic documentation.
Career development is a priority, with opportunities for skill advancement and paid training. We also offer weekly and/or daily pay, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan with a 15% discount, and an Employee Relief Fund. Please note that benefit eligibility may vary based on employment status and location.
To apply, please ensure you have a reliable transportation method and an active, unencumbered RN license in the state where you will practice. If you hold a compact license, it must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days. Current CPR certification (with a hands-on component) is required; Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary. A TB skin test current within the last 12 months is also required. While six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Aveanna Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply. As an employer accepting Medicare and Medicaid funds, all employees must comply with relevant health-related requirements in their jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to medical or religious exemptions where appropriate.
