- check_circleProvide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to guests
- check_circleDevelop and implement plans of care based on guest assessments
- check_circleContribute to guest assessments and the development of care plans
- check_circleSelect and institute nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications
- check_circleSupervise care services provided by LPNs, CNAs, and other team members
- check_circleAssess guest health and notify physicians of status changes while implementing new orders
- check_circlePlan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care and health education for nursing home guests
Requirements
