As a Registered Nurse in our NICU, your voice to influence patient care is valued and empowered at every turn. Whether through open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager or formal opportunities through hospital councils and national nursing initiatives, you will help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing.
In this role, you will provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process. You will collaborate closely with the patient's family and the broader healthcare delivery team, including physicians, to implement, evaluate, and coordinate comprehensive plans of care. Your work will be central to supporting the most vulnerable patients and their families during critical moments.
