At North Central Baptist Hospitals, we are seeking an innovative and experienced healthcare leader to drive excellence and inspire our team towards exceptional patient outcomes and operational success. This position is part of the departmental leadership team, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients, caregivers, and the community.
As a clinical supervisor, you will serve as a role model and resource for the staff while providing clinical supervision on a shift basis. Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and assigning patient care, functioning as a unit patient flow coordinator to facilitate admissions, discharges, and transfers, and coordinating unit staffing for the next shift with the Director, Clinical Manager, Coordinator, and/or House Officer. You will also provide supervisory input into department staff evaluations and performance reviews.

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Nursing or advanced degree in a related field; 4 years in an equivalent unit; National Specialty Certification; ENPC in the Emergency Department.
Skills: Basic Life Support, Bachelor Of Science In Nursing, Master Of Science In Nursing, Registered Nurse, Texas State License, National Specialty Certification, Aha Healthcare Provider BLS, TNCC, Pals, NRP.
Education: Graduate of accredited school of nursing (minimum requirement); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred); Master's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
