As a clinical supervisor, you will serve as a role model and resource for the staff while providing clinical supervision on a shift basis. Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and assigning patient care, functioning as a unit patient flow coordinator to facilitate admissions, discharges, and transfers, and coordinating unit staffing for the next shift with the Director, Clinical Manager, Coordinator, and/or House Officer. You will also provide supervisory input into department staff evaluations and performance reviews.
