As a Nurse Manager, you will lead a high-performing nursing team within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This position is ideal for a clinically strong, forward-thinking nursing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will provide day-to-day clinical and operational leadership, ensuring that patient care is safe, evidence-based, and aligned with our organization's standards of excellence.
In this role, you will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by using data and clinical metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements. You will mentor and develop nurses and support staff, handling performance evaluations, coaching, and conflict resolution. By collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary partners, you will optimize patient outcomes and the overall patient experience while championing quality improvement, infection prevention, and patient safety initiatives across the unit.
