As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you will ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating all functions within the unit or department during your designated shift. This role exists to bridge clinical excellence with operational efficiency, allowing you to focus on what you do best while directing, monitoring, and evaluating nursing care in accordance with established policies.\n In collaboration with the management team, you will serve as a resource person for staff, modeling a commitment to the organization's vision and values. You will partner with a multidisciplinary team to customize care delivery, assist with admission and discharge processes, and work with subject matter experts to support improved outcomes. A key part of your day involves providing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance staff performance and engagement, as well as assisting with staff scheduling to maintain robust support when it matters most.
