About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that embodies our vision, mission, and values. You will act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
Your day-to-day involves collaborating with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care. Following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage," you will assess patient conditions, administer medications, and educate patients and families on treatment plans and medical conditions. You will be responsible for translating complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding and for proactively anticipating and resolving patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssess patient condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting changes in status

Requirements
- verifiedOne year of RN experience
- verifiedBachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in BSN program within 5 years
- verifiedCurrent RN licensure with North Carolina Board of Nursing
- verifiedBLS Healthcare Provider certification
Nice to Have
Hospital nursing experience. Masters in Nursing. National Certification in area of specialty.
