About the Role
We are interviewing candidates for our Med Surg Registered Nurse opening. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage."
In this role, you will act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes. You will be part of a family that cares about every stage in your career.

Requirements
- verifiedOne year of RN experience
- verifiedBachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in BSN program within 5 years
- verifiedCurrent North Carolina RN licensure
- verifiedBLS Healthcare Provider certification

Hospital nursing experience. Masters in Nursing. National Certification in area of specialty.
