About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be the heart of our Med Surg team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care that embodies our vision and values. You will collaborate closely with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care. Using established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage," you will act as a vital advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

In this role, you will be part of a family that cares about every stage of your career. You will assess patient conditions during admission and each shift, perform procedures as ordered, administer medications with vigilance, and educate patients and families by translating complex medical terminology into understandable terms. Your proactive approach to anticipating patient needs and resolving them promptly will be key to our shared success.
