About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in the NICU, your voice to influence patient care is valued and empowered at every turn. Whether through open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager or more formal opportunities through hospital councils and national nursing initiatives, you will help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing.
In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process. You will collaborate with the patient's family and other members of the healthcare delivery team, including physicians, to implement, evaluate, and coordinate the plan of care. Success in this position requires the ability to listen, empathize, and respond to the needs of patients, families, and internal and external partners.
