In this role, you will partner with physicians and healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive patient care. Your day will involve evaluating patient conditions, modifying treatment plans based on responses, and administering medications safely within your scope of practice. You will serve as a vital link between the medical team, patients, and families, ensuring clear communication and compliance with regulatory guidelines like HIPAA. Additionally, you will play a key role in discharge planning and act as a preceptor to help new staff acclimate to our dynamic healthcare environment.
