As a Labor and Delivery Nurse at Ascension Seton Medical Center in Austin, TX, you will serve as the heart of the care team. This PRN day shift role is designed for professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment, coordinating across multiple specialties to provide a seamless and holistic patient experience. You will develop and oversee personalized care plans, ensuring each patient's progress is thoughtfully monitored and shared with the team. Your work involves expertly carrying out physician and nursing orders with precision while partnering with families and colleagues to guide the discharge process, ensuring a smooth transition home for every patient.
