Our Inpatient Psychiatric unit is a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing acute mental health care. We operate two specialized locked units: a 16-bed unit serving both voluntary and involuntary individuals, and a 12-bed unit designed primarily for voluntary patients requiring acute care. Our Registered Nurses are integral to treatment plans, participating in rounds, psychiatric and medical/surgical assessments, and care delivery. The team includes MHT/LNAs, Providers, Social Workers, Case Managers, and Group Therapists. We empower our nurses to grow by training them to serve as Charge RNs and preceptors, ensuring a culture where nurses truly have a voice through shared governance.
