Our Inpatient Psychiatric unit is a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing acute mental health care. We operate two specialized locked units: a 16-bed unit serving both voluntary and involuntary individuals, and a 12-bed unit designed primarily for voluntary patients requiring acute care. Our Registered Nurses are integral to the treatment process, actively participating in treatment plans, rounds, psychiatric assessments, and medical/surgical care. The team includes MHT/LNAs, Providers, Social Workers, Case Managers, and Group Therapists. We empower our nurses to take on Charge RN roles and serve as preceptors, fostering a culture where nurses have a genuine voice through shared governance.
