About the Role
Join the Emergency Department at Ascension Seton Williamson Hospital in Round Rock, TX, as a Registered Nurse on our evening shift. This full-time role (36 hours) operates on a 3-12 hour shift schedule from 1:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., with rotating weekends and 7-day availability. In this fast-paced environment, you will deliver high-quality nursing care by implementing specialized health plans and ensuring patient stability and safety. You will serve as the primary liaison between physicians and diverse clinical teams, advocating for patients to ensure orders are executed with precision. Your expertise will be vital in assessing, recording, and communicating evolving patient conditions in real-time, while collaborating with the team to coordinate comprehensive discharge needs for successful transitions of care.
