Join the Pediatric Surgery department at Dell Children's Medical Center in Austin, TX. In this full-time, rotating role, you will lead daily operations and workflow for the nursing unit, ensuring safe staffing, efficient care coordination, and high-quality patient care delivery across the interdisciplinary team. You will serve as a vital link in our 24/7 unit, managing departmental resources, budgets, and compliance with healthcare regulations while fostering a collaborative environment for professional growth.
