Join our Emergency Department at Ascension Seton Medical Center Northwest in Austin, TX. As a Registered Nurse on the night shift, you will deliver direct patient care ensuring high-quality outcomes while adhering to clinical protocols and patient-centered care practices. Your role involves implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing conditions, and adjusting interventions to support recovery and continuity of care. You will coordinate seamlessly with the interdisciplinary team to enhance the patient experience throughout the healthcare continuum and maintain accurate clinical documentation using Electronic Health Records.
