About the Role
TravelNurseSource is partnering with AMN Healthcare to find a qualified Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room and Trauma unit. In this role, you will deliver coordinated nursing care to patients according to established standards, utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment to develop and implement care plans. You will supervise assigned nursing staff, coordinate care with other disciplines, and collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to provide a safe, healing, and humane environment. The position also involves providing health information, participating in discharge planning, and creating learning opportunities for patients and team members.
