About the Role
As a Critical Care Nurse, you will serve as a vital link in the patient care continuum. This role exists to ensure that patients in our ICU receive safe, comprehensive care in a constant state of alertness. You will be responsible for obtaining comprehensive data to develop a holistic picture of a patient's condition, analyzing that data to determine relevant diagnoses, and collaborating with the care team to identify optimal outcomes.
Your day will involve developing and implementing care plans that utilize clinical judgment to promote a safe environment. You will continuously evaluate processes and progress toward goals while integrating best evidence into your practice. Effective communication with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team is central to your success in this position.
