As a Registered Nurse on the 2 West PCU team, you will provide direct nursing care tailored to the unique needs of our patients. Your day will involve systematically evaluating care quality, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions that address the physical, functional, cultural, and spiritual dimensions of human health. You will work in a constant state of alertness to ensure safety while utilizing effective communication to facilitate collaborative decision-making with patients and the healthcare team.
