This position is a calling that goes beyond a standard career. As a Medical-Surgical Nurse on our night shift, you will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and protocols. You will serve as an advocate for patients and their families, developing unique care plans that address physical, functional, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Your day will involve systematically evaluating the quality of care, utilizing the nursing process to assess and treat patients, and collaborating with an inter-professional team to set goals and plan interventions. You will apply evidence-based practice to ensure care is delivered safely and effectively, while also mentoring colleagues and students. This role requires a constant state of alertness and the ability to work in a safe, fast-paced environment.
