About the Role

You will serve as a Registered Nurse within the Emergency Department at the Dell Seton Medical Center-UT in Austin, TX. In this PRN role with a rotating shift schedule, you will provide direct patient care by implementing individualized care plans designed to improve patient safety, clinical quality, and overall outcomes. Your day will involve monitoring patient conditions, maintaining accurate clinical documentation in EHR systems, and communicating updates to support timely care decisions. You will coordinate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination, treatment efficiency, and positive patient experiences, while supporting discharge planning and administering nursing interventions in compliance with healthcare regulations and quality improvement initiatives.
