About the Role
The Clinical Leader provides operations-based support to the nursing unit, exemplifying the Upstate mission, vision, and values while adhering to all Upstate policies and procedures. This role delivers consistent day-to-day leadership and clinical expertise that drives customer service, quality, and the Patient Experience. As an active member of the unit leadership team, the Clinical Leader participates in the Clinical Advancement Program to foster professional growth and operational excellence.
Work Schedule
This position operates on a Nights/Eves schedule, working every other weekend and holidays in accordance with Upstate policy.
