The Clinical Nurse Coordinator is a pivotal Registered Nurse role within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This position is designed to bridge the gap between direct bedside care and operational leadership. You will coordinate daily clinical operations on your assigned unit while mentoring nursing staff and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
In this full-time position, you will serve as a vital link between physicians, nursing staff, and patients. Your day will involve providing direct patient care using evidence-based practices, supervising and supporting the nursing team to ensure high-quality service, and managing staff scheduling and workload. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in the orientation and ongoing education of new and existing staff, ensuring that our team remains skilled and compliant with safety standards.
