About the Role
As a Registered Nurse on our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will serve as a vital advocate for patient rights, preferences, and needs while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards. This role exists to ensure comprehensive care through a collaborative approach, partnering with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, therapists, and case managers to coordinate and optimize patient experiences.
In this position, you will blend clinical expertise with compassionate communication. Your day will involve conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized care plans, and delivering clear education to patients and families regarding their diagnoses and self-care. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in shaping a positive, inclusive work culture by mentoring new nurses and students, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and championing patient safety protocols.
