As a Registered Nurse within our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will provide safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care to individuals and families across a variety of clinical settings. This role is vital to our mission, requiring you to use advanced technology and a collaborative approach to improve health outcomes. You will serve as a key member of the interdisciplinary care team, working alongside physicians, therapists, pharmacists, and case managers to coordinate services and advocate for patient needs.
In this position, you will not only deliver high-quality clinical care but also play a crucial role in educating patients and their families about diagnoses, medications, and discharge instructions. Your work will support patients in making informed decisions and successfully transitioning across the continuum of care. This position is primarily on-site in a clinical or hospital setting. Depending on unit needs, the role may require rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will be expected to maintain a high standard of safety and compassion while managing multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred or required depending on unit). Previous experience in acute care, med-surg, or specialty unit. Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Evidence of ongoing continuing education and professional development.
