We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a dynamic clinical setting. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care to diverse populations, coordinating treatment plans and administering medications with a focus on optimal outcomes. You will work closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe discharges and comprehensive care.
Your day-to-day involves performing patient assessments, managing IVs and wound care, and interpreting telemetry data. You will document findings in electronic health records, educate patients and families on diagnoses and discharge instructions, and respond to emergencies using critical thinking skills. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to precept new nurses and participate in quality improvement activities.
