We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team as part of our New Grad Nurse Residency program. In this role, you will deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care under the guidance of experienced preceptors while supporting patients and families through all stages of treatment. This position is designed to help you build clinical competence and confidence through structured education sessions, simulations, and skills labs.
You will be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated care. Your day-to-day impact will involve conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and providing compassionate education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding diagnoses and discharge plans.
Applicants must hold an active or eligible Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (or a compact state) and have completed an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN). While participation in a formal nurse residency or new graduate transition program is preferred, it is not required. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, professionalism, and adherence to safety standards.
