About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care. In this role, you will be an integral part of interdisciplinary teams, collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, therapists, and case managers to coordinate care and manage discharge planning. Your day-to-day impact will extend beyond clinical duties to include mentoring novice nurses and precepting new employees or students. You will actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit-based councils to advance clinical practice and operational effectiveness, ensuring a culture of respect and compassionate care.
