Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions
- check_circleAdminister medications, IV therapies, and treatments safely and accurately
- check_circleMonitor, document, and report changes in patient condition using EMR systems
- check_circleCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans
- check_circleEducate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans
- check_circleMaintain strict adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
- check_circleSupport specialized services such as cardiology, oncology, and orthopedics as assigned
- check_circleParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
- check_circleAssist with admissions, transfers, and discharges ensuring continuity of care
- check_circlePrecept or mentor new staff and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered culture
Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS) certification
- verifiedAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- verifiedPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
- verifiedSpecialty nursing certification (e.g., CCRN, OCN) a plus
Nice to Have
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, and specialty nursing certification (e.g., CCRN, OCN).
