About the Role

As a Registered Nurse II, you will be a key member of our nursing staff, providing safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care. This role is designed for a professional who demonstrates competent clinical judgment and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate comprehensive nursing care, performing thorough patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and administering medications and treatments.

You will collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and support staff to ensure high-quality care. Beyond direct patient care, you will act as a clinical resource for less experienced staff, participating in precepting and mentoring. You will also actively engage in quality and performance improvement initiatives, unit-based councils, and shared governance activities to incorporate evidence-based practices into daily care.
