About the Role

As a Registered Nurse II, you will be a compassionate and experienced key member of our nursing staff, providing safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care to diverse populations. This role exists to ensure high-quality, efficient care that reflects our organizational values while managing multiple patients in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate comprehensive nursing care, performing thorough assessments, developing individualized care plans, and administering treatments while continuously evaluating patient responses.

In this position, you will act as a clinical resource for less experienced staff, participating in precepting and mentoring to foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. You will advocate for patients and families, supporting shared decision-making and providing education on diagnoses, medications, and self-care to promote optimal health outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives, incorporating evidence-based practices into daily care and participating in unit-based councils.
