About the Role
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator serves as a vital leader within our Healthcare & Medical Services department, responsible for coordinating daily clinical operations. This role exists to ensure seamless patient flow and support the interdisciplinary teams that drive our mission. You will oversee admissions, discharges, and care transitions while mentoring nursing staff to uphold the highest standards of practice.
In this position, you will partner with physicians and leadership to develop care plans, monitor patient outcomes, and drive quality improvement and safety initiatives. The day-to-day involves promoting effective communication with patients and families, managing staffing and resource utilization, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
