About the Role

This position is designed for a professional nurse to coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. You will function within a dynamic environment that may include Adult Medical Surgical, Pediatric, Critical Care, Oncology, or Emergency departments. The role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, applying basic nursing knowledge flexibly across various settings.

In this role, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, identify care needs, and develop individualized plans that include patient teaching and discharge planning. You will be responsible for administering medications safely, documenting care accurately, and reassessing patient conditions to modify care plans as needed. Whether managing charge responsibilities, facilitating staff development, or maintaining a healing and therapeutic environment, you will play a vital part in our mission to serve the community with excellence.
