As a Staff Nurse II, you will function as an essential member of nursing and multidisciplinary teams, delivering direct patient care, instruction, and preparation for continuing care during and following care transitions. This position involves the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing plan of care. You will provide direct patient care and may take charge as operational needs allow. We have made significant investments in safe patient handling and mobility equipment to support your work. While on-call duties are not required for this role, a per diem differential is included in the pay.
