About the Role
The RN Clinician is an experienced healthcare professional dedicated to delivering safe, effective, and independent nursing care. In this role, you will utilize clinical knowledge, research, and experience to adapt to changing situations and personalize care based on the AACN Synergy Model for Patient Care. You will serve as a vital resource for colleagues and a strong advocate for patients and their families, ensuring that care is individualized to recognize cultural differences and specific learning needs.
As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will function in a developing leadership capacity, which may include Charge Nurse responsibilities. You will play a key role in quality improvement by identifying the need for policy revisions based on evidence-based research and actively applying the Synergy Model in daily practice. Whether orienting staff and students or analyzing data to resolve areas for improvement, your work directly impacts patient outcomes and organizational standards.
