DaVita operates on the belief that we are a community first and a company second. Our goal is to embed a sense of belonging into everything we do, creating a "Village" where every teammate feels they belong. We strive to be a place where individuals can thrive while delivering life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions.
As a Registered Nurse on our outpatient dialysis team, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role is designed for nurses who want to build long-term relationships with medically complex patients and apply their broad nursing skills in a meaningful way. While prior dialysis experience is preferred, it is not required; we offer paid training to help you succeed.
You will collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians, to monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes. A key part of your day involves educating patients and their families on kidney health and treatment options. You may be required to float to nearby clinics and work a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure continuous care for our patients.
This position will remain open for a minimum of three days. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply today to join our mission of helping patients live better, healthier lives.
DaVita is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We recruit, hire, assign, and promote individuals without regard to race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. We comply with all state and federal affirmative action requirements.
Colorado residents are reminded not to respond to any questions in the initial application that seek age-identifying information, such as age, date of birth, or dates of school attendance or graduation. You may redact this information from any materials submitted during the application process without penalty.
