About the Role

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team in Patchogue, New York. In this role, you will provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. No prior dialysis experience is required; the focus is on your commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.

You will work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you can build long-term relationships with patients while applying a broad range of nursing skills to medically complex cases. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians, and to educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options.

Schedule and Location

This role requires a flexible schedule with alternating 4-day shifts (Mon/Wed/Thu/Fri and Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat) starting at 5:00 am. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, totaling 32-40 hours per week. As part of the team, you may be required to float to nearby clinics, and training may occur at a location other than your home clinic. Reliable transportation is essential.
