We are a dynamic 19-bed unit providing both Intensive Care (ICU) and Progressive Care (PCU/Stepdown) services, featuring 5 ICU beds and 14 PCU/Stepdown beds. Join our caring team as a Registered Nurse on our Speciality Care Unit night shift. This role exists to deliver remarkable care in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your impact is real. You will partner with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care, utilizing best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients on their health journey.
In this position, you will accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for the management and provision of care. Our nurse-to-patient ratios are specifically designed to support quality care and strong teamwork: 1:4 in PCU, 1:2 in ICU, and 1:1 for critical, intubated patients. You will be part of an environment driven by the principles of "First Do No Harm," ensuring a safe patient experience in every dimension, every time.

If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired, or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during that period, successful completion of a Board-approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. You must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course to be considered for current licensure status.
