This position is located at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado, within the Resource Pool department. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver evidence-based care in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
You will work on a day and night rotation schedule, providing acute care on Med-Surg units with moderate to high patient acuity. The role emphasizes a patient perspective and prioritizes wellness and safety at the point of care. You will be expected to model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth and welcoming new knowledge to support continuous improvement.
Clinical Educators will support and guide your individualized specialty education and training, ensuring competency validation throughout your clinical orientation. This onsite role requires full-time commitment (72 hours per pay period) and does not offer hybrid or remote options.
