We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans. Your day will involve administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses, and collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent health outcomes.
Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital role in educating patients and their families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans. You will also supervise and support nursing assistants and ancillary staff as needed, ensuring a cohesive and safe environment. This position is ideal for a nurse who communicates clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues, and who is committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and infection control.
