About the Role
Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking an Acute Care Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role is vital to our mission of providing exceptional patient outcomes by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for diverse adult populations. The RN will serve as a central collaborator, working closely with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
In this position, you will be the voice for patient safety and continuous improvement. Your day will involve administering medications and treatments safely, monitoring vital signs and clinical status, and providing essential education to patients and their families regarding diagnoses and discharge instructions. Beyond clinical duties, you will actively participate in bedside shift reports, care conferences, and rounds, while also having the opportunity to precept and mentor new nurses and support staff.
