HOERBIGER Safety Solutions, IEP Technologies (IEP) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow sales, build brand recognition, and strengthen distribution channels for our Explosion Protection product line within the HAZLOC processing industries.
The territory for this position spans the Western United States (NM, AZ, CA, CO, UT, NV, ID, WY, MT, OR, WA), Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB), and Mexico. This role requires 40-60% travel, including participation in local and national trade shows as well as international travel for training. While the position requires living in the region, candidates based in Denver or Phoenix are preferred; other locations close to a major airport may be considered.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor for explosion prevention and protection solutions. You will develop and maintain long-term partnerships with end users, OEMs, system integrators, and A&E firms. A key part of your day involves training and supporting distributors and external sales representatives across the full product portfolio, while delivering accurate sales forecasting and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
You will represent the company at customer meetings, presentations, and trade shows, managing and optimizing the regional CRM to ensure pipeline visibility, data integrity, and effective territory planning.
