Your Mission
HOERBIGER Safety Solutions, IEP Technologies (IEP) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow sales, build brand recognition, and strengthen distribution channels for our Explosion Protection product line within the HAZLOC processing industries. This role is critical for expanding our footprint across the Western United States, Western Canada, and Mexico.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor, bridging the gap between complex manufacturing processes and our life safety solutions. You will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships with end users, OEMs, system integrators, and A&E firms while training and supporting our network of distributors and external sales representatives.
This position requires a significant travel commitment (40-60%), including local and national trade shows, customer meetings, and international travel for training. While the role is open to various locations within the territory, candidates are preferably based in Denver or Phoenix, or in other locations close to a major airport.

To qualify for the Regional Sales Manager - Explosion Protection - Western Region at HOERBIGER position, applicants should have: 5+ years regional industrial sales experience; Bachelor's degree in engineering or business or equivalent relevant experience; Technical understanding of manufacturing processes in combustible liquids, vapors, powder, and bulk solids; Experience with industrial fire protection or life safety equipment; Experience selling technical products in industrial or manufacturing environments; and Understanding of manufacturing equipment such as dryers, dust collectors, or material conveyance systems.
